Even young children can benefit from martial arts training! Help foster discipline, confidence, and body-awareness in your child. Martial arts improve memory, concentration, and help give children a healthy outlet for their energy and emotions. Early martial arts training is a skill that will serve your child for life!
Participants in this program begin their karate journey with a white belt; they are eligible to attend testing days to advance to the next belt at the discretion of their Sensei.
NOTE: All Karate participants are required to wear an EPIC Karate Gi which is purchased at our front desk. Also, an undershirt is required. Please arrive early for a fitting.
