Dance

Our Studio is a dancer's dream! The classes are instructed by highly qualified & passionate teachers. Styles include: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Musical Theatre.

Gymnastics

Quality gymnastics programs are the foundation of our Gym. Beginning with expert coaches and a proprietary curriculum, people of all ages thrive in The Gym!

Karate

Our martial arts programs are designed to instill core values of integrity, respectfulness, and self-confidence. Learn discipline, conflict resolution, and self-defense skills.

Ninja

Unique classes you can't find anywhere else! Taught by enthusiastic coaches, our Ninja programs are all about navigating the environment in a variety of creative ways.
