Boost your child’s confidence and self-esteem by enrolling them in our youth karate program! Martial arts is proven to help with managing stress, body image, and builds character. Provide your child with self-defense skills to protect them for life, while giving them the self-assurance to be able to resolve conflict without violence.
Participants in this program begin their karate journey with a white belt; they are eligible to attend testing days to advance to the next belt at the discretion of their Sensei.
NOTE: All Karate participants are required to wear an EPIC Karate Gi which is purchased at our front desk. Also, an undershirt is required. Please arrive early for a fitting.
