This invitation-only class is for our more experienced Senior Kinder Gymnastics athletes looking for a greater challenge. Participants will complete weekly circuits with an emphasis on skill acquisition, building strength, and improving flexibility.
This is a structured, coach-led class; previous gymnastics experience is required.
This program focuses on completing the Kinder MOMENTUM Level System at an accelerated pace.
