Description
This program teaches running, jumping, climbing, swinging, quadrupedal movements, vaulting, and rolling, in creative and diverse ways! Ninja is all about navigating an environment safely and efficiently (and sometimes with some added flair!). Our Ninja program emphasizes precision and control, and learning how to expand the limits of your abilities in a controlled environment. Weekly obstacle challenges, targeting specific ninja skills, will inspire participants.
This is a structured, coach-led class; no previous experience is required, as coaches will tailor the lesson plan to fit each participant’s age and ability.
