Kids love to run, jump, and climb…and this program fosters that natural love of movement, with an emphasis on using good judgment and understanding one’s limits. The world can be full of sharp corners and hard surfaces, and our Kinder Ninja class is designed to teach our youngest participants how to navigate these obstacles safely. Ninja fundamentals are taught through games, obstacle courses, and challenges at an age-appropriate level.
This is a structured, coach-led class; no previous experience is required, as coaches will tailor the lesson plan to fit each participant’s age and ability.
