Note:Â To attend this class the student must also be in a regular EPIC Karate class.
Bag work classes are an opportunity to work with the punching bags and some other strike pads, to really hone in on striking (kicks & punches). This is an excellent supplement to any martial arts training, and is especially helpful for those martial artists who are interest in sparring, as this class will improve their striking technique, speed, and precision.
