Description
Note:Â To attend this class the student must also be in a regular EPIC Karate class.
Learn various traditional Japanese weapons such as: bo staff, nunchucks, kamas, and tonfas. Participants will learn various forms (katas) with different weapons, starting with the bo staff.
Participants should bring with them a bo staff or length of dowel that is approximately as tall as them.
